Dancing Cows

Dancing Cows is a short film about the Danish artist Karla who needs money to be part of an exhibition in New York she really wants to join. In order to get the money she signs up for a competition to draw a dancing cow. But Karla struggles. With her dark style the subject, a happy dancing cows turns out to be a huge challenge, even though she works relentlessly.

But one day Karla visits her mother and suddenly gets hit by inspiration like a bolt from the blue.

The theme is how inspiration seems to have a life on it’s own and how good ideas can come from where you least expect it, when you let go and stop trying.
